Qualified medical men not exending 30 years of age and presessing a Diploma in Public Healit, registered by the General Medical Council of Great Britain. To perform the ordinary duties of assistants to a Medical Offieur of Health, and with special reference to Plague work. In non-epidemic times they may be required by the Sovernment to perform ordinary medical duties under the direction of the P.C.M.O.
